Second Thoughts biannual research journal is a new venture by the departments of Arts, MES Mampad College. The objective of the journal is to provide a space for debate on various literatures, history and culture. One of the biggest departments in the College, Department of Commerce is about to launch a Journal of Commerce to mark academically the developments in the discipline. Journal of Commerce provides an outlook of research advancements and understandings in the field of business and its all aspects. It publishes articles, case studies and book reviews that consider issues regarding business and all sister fields of business. The prime goal of JOC is to disseminate the ideas and thoughts about business to academicians, researchers, practioners and all those who can benefit from it. Research Papers should include an abstract of maximum 250 words, 3-5 key words, background,
objectives, methodological descriptions, results and discussions, summary and concluding observations.
References should be prepared in APA style. All figures, tables and other data should be presented with
original sources and heads and with necessary notes if any. Manuscripts should be typed in English
Language only (Times New Roman font size 12 points with double space). The length of a paper/article
should be in between 4000 to 5000 words including tables, diagrams etc.
